We are Modul Business Championship!

Our Mission

The Modul Business Competition (MBC) is organized by a team of 12 university students united by a clear ambition: to build one of the most prestigious case competitions in the CEE region.

We launched the competition in 2024 to create a platform not only for teams from universities with a strong track record in case solving, but also for those where this culture is still emerging. Since then, we have seen several newcomer teams make remarkable progress in both their analytical thinking and their presentation skills. MBC is a competition for CEE students, by CEE students, with all business cases provided by prominent companies and organizations from across the region. Our goal is to bring university talent and CEE businesses onto the same platform, where students can tackle real strategic challenges and companies can discover the next generation of problem solvers

MATHIAS CORVINUS COLLEGIUM

Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC) is a private educational institution and research center that offers free, supplementary education to young Hungarians across the Carpathian Basin. Founded in 1996, it began with a small group of students and has since become the region’s largest provider of extracurricular education.

Education of MCC

Founded in 1996, it began with a small group of students and has since become the region’s largest provider of extracurricular education. MCC complements the work of public schools and universities by offering development programs alongside formal education. Its students are selected not only for academic ability but also for their motivation and community involvement.
Over the years, MCC has expanded its reach with 27 regional centers in Hungary and neighboring areas, aiming to increase this number to 35. The institution currently supports over 7,000 students and plans to raise this figure to more than 10,000. Beyond education, MCC is active in publishing, research, international fellowships, and conferences. Its international expansion has begun with a center in Brussels and Vienna and upcoming locations in Berlin, and London.

CEE Connectivity Hub

This Hub is an initiative of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium that extends the our mission beyond Hungary: creating a platform for comparative research and strategic cooperation across Central and Eastern Europe. The Hub connects institutions, scholars, and entrepreneurs from the Visegrád region, the West Balkans and the Carpathian Basin, focusing on how regional firms build competitiveness through networks: in trade, capital, knowledge, and trust.

Our goal is to make CEE business knowledge regional, not national. We promote a vision of connectivity as a competitive advantage — mapping how local ecosystems interact, how supply chains and financing routes link our economies, and how the region’s shared experience can inform smarter policy and stronger enterprise. Through research, data, and dialogue, the Hub aims to turn fragmented national insights into a coherent regional narrative of growth.”
